Quite rooms, free parking, good for a stop over close to the highway, the hotel feels more like a nicely refurbisched motel
Hotel staff was unfriendly. The hotel did not meet the expectations to be a designer/SPA hotel. It is nicely decorated but more suitable for a stop-over or a business meeting/conference close to the highway, than for passing some nice days close to the Lago Maggiore. The spa is rather dissapointing as is the breakfast and the location in an commercial/industrial area.

As someone who appreciates cleanliness, I was impressed with how well-maintained the hotel was. the hotel facilities were great and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff always went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Lastly, I found the location in the valley to be convenient for transportation purposes.
Cannot find any fault.

Nestled among the picturesque pinky mountains on the outskirts of a small town, the hotel offers a tranquil escape in the valley by the lake. the clean rooms boast roomy bathrooms and offer excellent service. the breakfast features a variety of options. Guests can enjoy the fair sized pool, mini jacuzzi, and gym facilities.
The hotel's location might not be ideal for those seeking activities outside the hotel.

Nice and comfortable rooms, although a bit hot and difficult to cool down. The food in the restaurant was very good.
Not all the staff speak a lot of English, so it is handy if you can manage some Italian and German. The hotel is hard to find. We drove past it several times. Just look for the 3 green puppets on the roof, this is the sign of shop and the hotel is just before that shop.

Comfortable rooms for acceptable prices, friendly staff. Not too far from the Lago Maggiore. The Valle Anzasca and the Simplon pass.
Situated in a commercial area.

Great for visiting the area with many excursions possible, lots to see. Breakfast included in price and offers yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea and juice. Amazing views from some rooms.
Rooms could use an update, they were dated and in need of refurbishment. Air conditioning did not work properly and windows could not be left open due to road noise.

The location and parking was great, there is a nice pizzeria and pool on the otherside of the street (pool cost 7€ per day per person). The hotel is clean and the staff is extremly nice and curtious.
My room was very basic and small, the bathroom was even smaller. Good for 1 night with late arrival and early checkout.

spacious room,good bathroom
expensive drinks at the restaurant, a 3 euro per person fee for cover, which made a simple one course dinner plus dessert rather expensive.
